Adjectives to describe personality:

synonyms (similar meanings) and antonyms (opposite meanings)

 

Shy - out-going (He likes to be the centre of attention.) – lively (She’s full of energy.)

bad-tempered – good-tempered – patient

friendly – affectionate – nice – kind

funny – easygoing – sociable

selfish – caring

childish – mature Thoughtful - thoughtless (She thinks of others.)

mean (He’s tight-fisted.) honest (She would never tell a lie.)

clever

talented (She is a grade A student in every school subject.)

annoying (He causes irritation to others.)

embarrassing (She causes others to feel ill at ease / self-conscious.)

cool
